Who runs this site

ashfount.com is run by Ashfount Partners LP, 8000 Centre Park Drive, Suite 130, Austin, TX 78754. On this site we call ourselves Ashfount. We are a consulting and media company in the regenerative agriculture sector, working with farms, ranches, food businesses and organizations in the United States.

General information, not professional advice

Everything on this site, including the Insights blog, the Regen Ag Resources directories and the pages about our beliefs and our work, is published as general information. We write it to inform and to start conversations. It is not legal, financial, tax, agronomic, veterinary or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from someone who knows your land, your business and your situation.

We try to keep the site accurate and current, but farming practices, laws, programs and prices change. Before you act on anything you read here, check the facts for yourself and talk to a qualified professional.

Our content and how you may use it

Unless we say otherwise, the text, photographs, illustrations, graphics, logos and other material on this site belong to Ashfount Partners LP or are used with permission. They are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of the United States and other countries.

Links to other websites

This site links to many websites we do not run. The Regen Ag Resources directories in particular point to books, films, magazines, podcasts, blogs, videos, farms, ranches, service providers, manufacturers, people, organizations and food brands across the United States, and most of those entries lead to a third-party site. We include a link because we think it is useful, not because we vouch for everything on the other side of it.

We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, their privacy practices or what they sell. A link is not an endorsement, and a listing in a directory is not a recommendation to buy from, hire or do business with anyone. When you leave ashfount.com, the terms and the privacy policy of the site you visit apply.

Using this site

Please use this site as it is meant to be used: to read, to learn and to get in touch with us.
